Responding to enquiries and B2B lead qualification — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). UI preferences — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: usability).
Hosting and database
Website: Cloudflare Pages (CDN/edge). Form data: Neon PostgreSQL, EU Central region (Frankfurt). No sale to third parties.
Retention
B2B leads: up to 24 months after last contact or until deletion request. Server logs: per hosting policy (typically up to 30 days).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability — kontakt@nex-m.pl. Complaint to a supervisory authority remains unaffected.
